as PDF files or printed by certified digital printing shops and dispatched by post.

online access, your staff can compile the articles to be published, adding some personal text if
required, producing a professional sales document that complies with your company’s CI. The
document may be downloaded as a PDF file or printed by a local digital printing shop.
The offer can pass through a predefined release workflow and is archived automatically in all
relevant database versions.
This generally means that your staff will not require licensed third-party software or special
fonts etc. for data management purposes or the publication of documents. Image databases, product
databases, fonts etc. are installed on the server, and all relevant operations can be conducted
online via the web interface - from anywhere in the world.
The same applies to presentations. CI-compliant standard layouts are lodged on the server and
filled with topical product and marketing information as and when required. Your staff will then be
able to compile presentation sheets, using topical image and text material with controlled

presentation is generated automatically on the server, featuring the usual design elements, such as
step-by-step page reproduction, links and pop-ups, and may be archived, or accessed as a PDF file.
At the same time, a personalized brochure may be generated from the same contents, making their
presentation much more attractive than a mere reproduction of the presentation pages.
